What time does Grad Night 25 start and end?
Right after the graduation ceremony at Sammamish High School and it will end at TBD. Parents need to pick up students from the event.

Where and when do students need to meet for transportation?
Meet in the front right after the graduation at Sammamish High School.

Can students who aren’t graduating seniors (e.g., juniors invited by seniors) attend?
No, only Bellevue Big Picture School Seniors can attend.

Can seniors from other schools join if invited by a Bellevue Big Picture School senior?
No, only Bellevue Big Picture School Seniors can attend.

Are there accommodations for students with dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs?
Yes, we have taken a survey and understand reported restrictions and needs.

Will there be multiple pick-up/drop-off points, or is there one central meeting place?
Students meet in front of Sammamish High School. Parents need to pick up students from the last event location (TBD) at a TBD time.

Are students allowed to drive themselves or leave early if needed?
No. If students need to leave early, we ask that parents pick them up.

Should students bring extra spending money?
No, that isn’t necessary.

Are scholarships or financial assistance options available for students who can’t afford the ticket price?
Yes, if you are qualified for free or reduced lunch and need assistance, please contact the Grad Night 25 Committee.

Are refunds available if a student can no longer attend?
No.
