Monthly Parent Support Group “Thriving on Two Spectrums”

Every 4th Sunday of the month, parents of transgender and gender-diverse kids (of all ages) who are also neuro-diverse*, gather to learn, talk, laugh, and share insights on caring for and raising their kids. The parent discussion is facilitated by trained moderators from both the ARC of King County and Trans Families.

*“Neuro-diverse” includes, but is not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger’s, developmental speech disorders, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysnomia, intellectual disability, Tourette syndrome, schizophrenia, bipolarity, antisocial personality disorder, dissociative disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
