Get Ready to Have Fun!
The Homecoming Dance (for high schoolers) and Autumn Harvest Dance (for middle schoolers) is your chance to show off your best moves, hang with friends, play games, and have an unforgettable evening! Here’s what you need to know:
Event Details:
📅 Date: Friday, October 18, 2024
🕒 Time: Middle School from 5 to 6:30 pm. High School from 7 to 8:30 pm
📍 Location: Big Picture School Cafe
🎫 Tickets: Tickets are available for $10 and include food, drinks, and tons of fun
What to Expect:
Music: We’ve got a DJ lined up who will play your favorite songs.
Food & Drinks: Refuel with free food, snacks, and drinks. Dietary needs and food allergies will be accommodated.
Relax: Not in the mood to dance? Just hang out in the courtyard or play lawn games such as giant jenga or cornhole.

This is a fun, inclusive event for everyone. Respect your schoolmates, have fun, and make it an evening to remember.
For Parents and Guardians
We need your support to make this an unforgettable experience for your students. Here's how you can get involved:
Volunteer on October 18
We’re seeking parents to help with setup, staff the welcome desk, supervise, and assist with food and drinks.
Setup: 4 parents to help with setup from 3 to 5 pm.
Up to 8 parents for each dance to staff the welcome desk, help with food and drinks, supervise the court yard, and supervise the bathrooms.
8 High school parents from 5 pm to 7 pm.
8 Middle school parents from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Note that all volunteers must complete a background check, starting with the Bellevue School District form for Athletics, Activities, and Internship Mentors.
Donate by October 15
We’re collecting snacks and drinks to keep the kids fueled up! Here’s what we need:
2x 24-Pack water bottles
4x Izze multipacks
4x boxes of individual bags of chips
3x Gatorade multipacks
2x Gallons of Arizona Tea
Please drop off your donations at the school’s main office by Tuesday, October 15 the latest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there discounted tickets available?
Yes! If your student qualifies for Free and Reduced Price Meals, they are eligible for a free ticket. Please contact Carol Anne Yamamoto in the main office to receive one.
Can I still get tickets on Friday or at the door?
No, tickets must be purchased in advance by Thursday, October 17. There will be no ticket sales on Friday or at the door.
Will I receive a physical ticket when I purchase online?
No. When you purchase online, your name will be added to the guest list. We will check the guest list at the entrance to the dance for entry.
What if my student has dietary restrictions? How do I inform you?
You can share any dietary restrictions during the online checkout process when purchasing your student’s ticket.
What is the dress code for the dance?
“Dress to impress” in your favorite outfit or a fun, school-appropriate costume (please note: no masks or weapons). All attire must follow the Bellevue School District dress code.
Can I request songs to be played at the dance?
Yes, submit your song requests by Thursday, October 17. We will do our best to include songs that were requested ahead of time. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to take new song requests during the dance.
